“Casa Chanty and the Angy Suite exceeded our expectations in every way. Starting with Cristina's timely responses and assistance in making everything effortless. She helped set up transportation from the airport, a car rental, and connected us with chef Beato (he is a joy and his meal was spectacular!). “Property was always clean, they cleaned the room twice a day and the mini fridge was always stocked. Food was great. Lots of options. Entertainment staff were fun and engaging. Transportation to and from the resort was easy with Lomas. Did wish they did the on site xenote tours more than twice a week because we were unable to attend due to trip arrival and departures. ”

“There is some wear and tear but the room is clean, bed was comfortable and I felt safe during my stay. The entrance is on the beach side or passing through a restaurant. Walkable to ADO and plenty of restaurants and stores. There is music that goes on 24/7 but it didn’t affect my sleep. To access the ocean ”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
