“This property is exactly as described and what the pictures show. Amazing views of the ocean, which is 50 feet from the condo balcony. The condo is comfortable and spacious. The property itself is a resort. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and always available. One of the big benefits of this property is how quiet it is. Playa del Carmen can be noisy and has an active night life. Avenida Cinco is an 8 minute walk away, but none of that nightlife was apparent at the property.……

“Very nice property in a very good location. Our host Angel was outstanding in communicating. Only negative was ovetbearing security guard at the pool. He insisted guests carry their heavy suitcases rather than roll them to their units,. He also confronted guests who attempted to move umbrellas on whells to prvide better shade, defying all common sense. Whil we did not experience these problems, I hewitnessed these episodes, and many guests at the property were very put off by his nonsense, and……

“The apartment is very spacious and it is obvious no expense was spared when it was built. It suited us very well however, it could do with a freshen up. We did not see any pool and the spa bath was empty and looked like it hadn't been used in quite some time. “Stayed here 5 nights with my husband. Great places to stay, was clean, basic kitchen set up for cooking and location Location location right off 5th Ave, Starbucks, pharmacy, Oxxo and restaurants with in steps of condo. The only downside was that the mattress was a little to firm for my liking and there is no balcony or anywhere to hang dry wet clothes. I also didn't ask if there was a rack available so maybe there was one? I would definitely stay here again.”

“Came to Playa del Carmen with a group of friends. We all stayed within the El Faro complex. The condo unit I rented worked very well. Its close to town (and dive shops). Plenty of restaurant options next door. The convenience to nearby bars and clubs made getting home very easy. I would stay again. Note: If you're a light sleeper, then I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Playa del Carmen's nightlife is loud until about 3am.”

“We had a great stay at Sunset Kin Beach and would definitly stay again. Having access to bicycles was excellent for getting around the area and to the beach. The accommodations are located very close to the beach and only a short walk to local restaurants and cafes. The local murals are amazing!”
