“We had a great stay at Sunset Kin Beach and would definitly stay again. Having access to bicycles was excellent for getting around the area and to the beach. The accommodations are located very close to the beach and only a short walk to local restaurants and cafes. The local murals are amazing!”

“The place was small but perfect. I would say two people would be the most that could be comfortable. But clean, nice towels, the kitchen had all the things you could want. The rooftop pool was really great and I hung out there all day.”

“The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all.”

“This property is exactly as described and what the pictures show. Amazing views of the ocean, which is 50 feet from the condo balcony. The condo is comfortable and spacious. The property itself is a resort. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and always available. One of the big benefits of this property is how quiet it is. Playa del Carmen can be noisy and has an active night life. Avenida Cinco is an 8 minute walk away, but none of that nightlife was apparent at the property.……
