"The staff at Margaritaville Island Hotel was great! They always greeted our family with a smile and were very helpful. The only issue we really had came with sleep. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows were terrible. It was also difficult to sleep due to the noise. I felt like I could hear everything from the hall or outside our balcony doors. Overall, the experience was good but not excellent. "

"One thing that was unique about the Dreamore experience for us was our interactions with the staff. From housekeeping to valets to gift shop attendant, everyone seemed happy to be a part of Dreamore. One woman in particular, Miss Cricket, had an interaction with our teenage daughter that put a lump in my throat. The kindess and attententiveness alone would bring us back again."
