“This VRBO was very easy to get to. This 2 bedroom apt. has a good size room that includes kitchen, dining table and den that was very handy for all our needs. It seems brand new with modern bathrooms and kitchen appliances. The single car garage was handy. It was in walking distance of Old Colorado City. We plan to use it again when coming to visit family. ”

“Overall we had a great stay. The location of the property was so close to every activity you may want to do in Colorado Springs. Austin, the owner, was great with communication. He reached out after we arrived to see if we needed anything and very responsive to any requests we had. There was a mix up with the cleaning service he used and all of the towels were still wet and although we found some dry towels still in the dryer Austin dropped off more for us just in case. The property……

“Nice place in a nice neighborhood! It should probably be mentioned that there is quite a bit of construction going on behind the property. But it didn't bother our stay. Nice and clean! Would definitely book another stay!”

“This property could not be in a better location for hiking, spending time seeing the sites around Pikes Peak and the surrounding area, and enjoying unique Manitou springs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and other necessities. The modern bathroom and updated kitchen complemented the unique charm of the apartment. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. Overall we loved it the unit. The only negative is that in loft bed, (second bedroom) our adult……

“The location was great. Easy to get to all Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs sites. This is a downstairs suite of a house with a separate deck and entrance. The stone steps along the side of the house will be tricky if wet or snowy. Check in and communication with host was good.”

“Minor questions were answered promptly, the view is spectacular of the mountains and the city. The apartment I was told by the front desk has 9 inches of concrete in between floors, so you don’t hear your neighbors, the deck is large and accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. Amazing sound system, great TV, awesome fireplace.Honestly I think I got a steal of a deal when I averaged all costs and the cost per night. Highly recommend. ”
