“Nice location. Safe neighborhood. I love that they don’t empty frig between guests and had condiments. The bowl on dining table w/water bottles and snacks for guests was also a nice touch. Hosts responsive. Would book again if in the area as it was conveniently located near family I was visiting.”

“Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response. Other than that this place had everything we wanted.”

“Park the car and walk to nearly everything in Golden even hiking trails. Space in this full bedroom condo is thoughtfully laid out with everything needed like plugs and lights on both sides of the bed to a kitchen supplied with the essentials but with all the restaurants a short walk away why cook. This was our second stay and won’t be our last! ”

“cold! They did a great job shopping walmart for sheets, but they are cold and thin. Radiators doent heat up enought. Shower drains slow. I told them to fix it. As well as a gate light. Very steep steps. How tub was just what we needed. Definitely come back, but with a space heater”

“First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!”

“Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again. Only issue was there were only 3 forks (we had 4 people in our reservation), and I would recommend drink coasters since the tables are wooden. Location was great. Mountain view was awesome. Communication impeccable. ”

“I was in Denver for a conf with few of my co-workers and decided to try a property as such instead of staying in host hotel. This worked out better than planned. It allowed for me to bond outside of work with my team in a more informal environment. Would highly recommend this property for all facets of your travel needs.”

“This home has a great location within walking distance to the stadium and Sloan lake and short drive to Meow Wolf. This would have been a perfect stay, if not for the 3rd bedroom which is a very small converted office on the entry floor, with literally no room for anything but the bed. The half bath is the next floor up and the full bath is 2 floors up from this room. Very comfortable space for 2 couples! ”
