“First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!”

“The property was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. I like to make sure I can leave the property a little cleaner than when I arrive. David had very clear instructions on how to keep property clean as well as supplies. We will be returning to this property. Thank you David.”

“My wife and I have stayed at numerous VRBOs and this property - by FAR - is the best and nicest property we have ever had the pleasure of renting. Not only did the owner accommodate our arrival and departure times but checked in often to make sure everything was great. And you will be so happy there is a one stall garage.”
