“The property was exactly as listed on VRBO and was well appointed with everything we needed for our weekend in Lake Placid. The property was clean, modern and more than comfortable, and we liked the two adirondack chairs for our use in the yard which offered a great place to sit for the amazing view. The only suggestion I would make would be to add a towel hook in the bathroom to the left side of the sink for a hanging toiletry bag. We hope to book again next time we visit the area.”

“It was cold during our stay and being right on top of the water there was a very large temperature gradient from the floor to ceiling. We had an infant sleeping in a pack n play on the floor and so it was necessary to blow a fan and move the air. The temp at the floor on our baby monitor was reading 61 while the heat in the room was set to 77. So be aware if you have an infant. Additionally the floor was bowing and popping up in many places. Likely due to extreme temperature swings or humidity.……

“My husband and I stayed with our pups and really enjoyed this property! It's super close to cobble trailhead so we could walk there, around the lake or hike close by. We loved riding the bikes around the property or into town. Lots of options to eat close by.”
