“The mountainous view from the chalet decks just can’t be beat! My only complaint is where they chose to park RVs for summertime help. none the less, it’s easy to tune out the rigs if you stay in an upper chalet. Fully equipped. Our unit also had a heated bathroom floor which was a bonus. Self check in work well and the on-site manager was additionally very helpful. Suite was within an Older building with a slight stale smell that dissipated once the room was aired out. Better stale air……

“Camped at this site to attend the White Pass Octoberfest and explore Packwood. Close proximity to town and the Packwood Lake trailhead. Great spot!”

“We enjoyed our stay - very quiet, wooded location with easy accessibility to Rainier, White Pass, and Packwood. Access was straightforward. We had a 28 foot trailer and needed to back in - turning through the U would be difficult or maybe impossible with anything longer. Watch out for rocks and tree roots backing in but otherwise great spot on a cul de sac so plenty of privacy.”

“The cabin was quite cozy overall, quiet neighborhood. Saw lots of elk in the front yard one morning. Hot tub was nice. Wood storage well stocked. The bed by the back door is where I slept, it seemed to have a dip in the center as I couldn't help but roll into it. The mini split does not work for heat. We turned it on and left, came back and it was 58 inside, was set to 70.all the wood was completely soaked so getting fires going was almost impossible. I had to split a bunch to get a lot of……

“We enjoyed our stay over thanksgiving break immensely. The sound of the creek was so peaceful to enjoy your coffee with and there is a fire pit. We enjoyed many games of pool out in the game room and evenings soaking in the hot tub. The house was a great size for the 5 of us, the only thing that would have been nicer was more silverware and mixing bowls. We had a few minor issues that the property manager quickly replied and offered assistance with. Overall it was a nice break from the city. We……

“Family came in from out of town and wanted to see what the PNW was all about. This place delivered. Family loved it so much, they want to come back next year and stay more days! ”

“It was clean and cute, and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would mention is that the heating system is a bit tricky to use and slow to warm up. It only heats the kitchen, so the living room stays a bit cooler. Overall, the cabin is lovely and well-equipped for spending a few very comfortable nights.”

“This cozy cabin had everything you would need for a very nice stay and then some. The owners have thought of everything. There is a wood stove inside (or a regular heating unit if you prefer), a fire pit, and 2 outdoor grills. There is even a washer/dryer, and they provided soap and dryer sheets. The kitchen has a coffee maker - and coffee! - toaster, crock pot, full size fridge, plenty of spices, and lots more. They managed to fit a lot into a fairly small space but without feeling the least……

“While the weather wasnt what was hoped for this cute little cabin made it worth while for our first trip to Packwood. Clean, cozy, had all the amenities we needed and we slept amazing on the comfy bed. The neighborhood made for great morning and evening walks with the pup (thank you for the pet extras). The deck (even in the rain) was just what was needed for coffee and evening cocktail listening to the rain, cozied up under the little covered area. We will be back!”
