Could have been better

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying here for several years. I think this was the worst year. Dirty bed. Appeared to have leaves of some type in one of the beds. The shower curtain in one bathroom had mold on it. Maintenance had to replace a standby refrigerator while we were in the room. This could have been put off until we checked out. The standby was working fine. The tv setup is BAD! This has always been this way. We like Coral Reef because of the parking and because we need a four bedroom. We are trying to find a different place to stay in 2025. If the rates continue to go up there will probably be plenty of rooms available

We were disappointed about the ice machine gone this year, only to be replaced by a machine that dispensed ice at almost $7.00 per bag. However we worked around it and enjoyed our stay. If all goes well, we hope to return again next summer.

His hands and legs were blackish from the dirt on the floors.Rug needs cleaning. Housekeeping needs to do better. They are more interested in getting in and out. This last time we had a few key items missing in the condo but the staff was quick to get us what we needed. The condo was clean for the most part but under the beds there was trash and a sticky spill. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that that would make this particular condo better is the master bedroom bed is rickety (hopefully it will be better next year when we return ;)). Yes we have already booked it for next year.
