“The place was exactly like they said it was. Communication with Ola was very good and easy. Parking was so nice to have. Place was very quiet with a grocery store, a small Iowa bar, and plenty of other local and chain places to eat right around the corner. Would stay here again. ”

“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“We came to Chicago for a family wedding and had a great stay! The host was super communicative and gracious. The home is gorgeous. The photos don't quite do it justice, high ceilings, beautifully furnished. Everything from the kitchen to the linens and pillows and mattresses was just lovely and comfortable. We were steps away from restaurants and shops in Logan Square and 4 mins walk to the Blue line. The host really goes out of the way to make your stay convenient, paper towels, TP, dish soap,……
