“We have been to this Hotel many times before and its always Excellent, (probably one of our very favorites) unfortunately I booked it and then both my husband and I got very sick (fever, lots of meds from the Dr. etc.) and were not able to keep the reservation. The room for one night was $336, which was a higher rate then we would normally spend on one night but it was going to be a treat. We were not able to change the date, unfortunately, because it was a "no refund / no change date rate." ……

“We purchased this reservation on Expedia and when we arrived we were told that since we used a third party to book our room we had to pay a surcharge of an additional $75. This was very unexpected. ”
