"Situated on the main road, with easy street parking. The town is geared to outdoor sports. In the off season, it is quiet. Property is not new, but the room was well maintained. It had a pleasant view. Breakfast was in the adjoining hotel and was fine. Definitely recommend, if planning to stay in Sort. "

"We really liked this hotel because of the friendly staff, lovely room with a balcony, and the fantastic breakfast. There is also a super cool second floor patio which is available to all of the guests. We were hiking all day and didn't feel like going out to a restaurant, so we picked up some groceries across the street at the little convenience store and enjoyed our snacks while laying in the anti-gravity chairs and looking up at the stars. "The hotel was very basic and was definitely geared towards winter vacations. Our very small bare room had two beds, one outlet, one ceiling light and two metal shelfs. The shared bathroom was ok, but the toilet stalls were made from plywood and everything seemed to be done on a budget. All this would have been fine since the price matched the amenities, but it didn't. We found an amazing hotel (with an electric charge station!) in a neighboring town at a lower price. "

"Cannot imagine there is a better option in Espot. The room was nothing fancy, perfect for us to return to after two days of hiking in the National Park. Comfortable beds, clean and a great continental breakfast each morning along with friendly and helpful staff is exactly what we needed and received. The recommendations for dinners in town was also helpful and did not disappoint. "

"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. The food in the restaurant was very good."

"Jose, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and caring. He, without being asked, offered to make phone calls to reserve a rafting trip and a busy restaurant for lunch. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!"
