“I very much enjoyed this unique experience of houseboat living. I knew I would enjoy the marina life and being on the water sounded wonderful. However, it really is not really dependent on the tides as to how your are able to board the boat. You WILL have at least 3 feet to step/jump over to get on the boats deck. As a single person, I found this not to work very well. My suitcase and groceries were difficult at times to bring onboard by myself. With that being said, the last day there,……

“The stay was overall pretty good. The only thing we found was there are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire campground. 1 washer was broken and there was no change machine to get quarters and the office was closed. Could also use a playground for the little ones as there isnt much for kids on the property other than the pool for summer. ”
