“The staff was very nice and helpful rooms were okay and decently kept. The hallway reeked of marijuana and our neighbors were noisy on the holiday weekend but it was expected for the most part. Our mini fridge had a broken seal so it leaked water all over and make a funny noise at times, and our shower had some left over hair in it but the staff was very prompt to answer any issues we had! ”

“Let me just say, this score has nothing to do with the service I received from Staff. The ladies were so kind and helpful! You have a great staff! Now, get the hotel up to par and it may bring your ratings up. Pool was supposedly under maintenance. I happened to choose this hotel for the pool :( The right side elevator was not useable. All guests had to wait on one elevator and avoid the break a leg construction in the hotel itself. The room was okay but the bathroom on the other hand……

“we enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were attentive while still respecting our privacy and obviously wanted to be sure we had a good experience.
