All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case) .
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature.
This is optional and may not be available at times.
We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance.
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas barbecue grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
Paradiso Grande also boasts access to great shopping and dining, the Orange County Convention Center, plus world-famous attractions like the Wheel at Icon Park, via I-Drive itself.
This area has long been a popular spot with visitors to Central Florida.
Of course, the hotels figured this out early on. These days, they use their influence to keep short-term rentals out of the city of Orlando (Orange County). But Paradiso Grande Resort is an exception.
Thanks to a grandfather clause, Paradiso Grande Resort is now the FIRST AND ONLY short-term rental resort in Orlando where you can rent single-family pool homes.
