Beware Unit is for sale, owner is not proactive with maintenance.
Interior of the unit was as expected. Our issue was the pool and patio area. Owner listed property to include “heated splash pool”. When our family arrived, the pool and deck area were filthy, and required 3 cleanings by the maintenance staff and a new filter. The pool heater wasn’t working and was not repaired during our 14 day stay. When we contacted the owner, his response is that we didn’t pay for a heated pool, even though his amenities included “heated splash pool”. Vacationing for 14 days, with 2 young children, without the use of the pool in December, was extremely inconvenient.

Perfect place for a family of 6 to use as a home base while visiting Disney. Well-appointed townhome in a gated community, close to Disney and various amenities. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

The property had a great location, close to Disney and minutes from a Main Street with shops and restaurants. The kids loved the clubhouse pool and slides as well as the pool at the townhome. The home size was perfect for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic townhouse perfect for a family stay when visiting Disney. The house had everything you could want, comfy living, 3 en-suite bedrooms and your own pool. Around 10-15 mins drive from the theme parks. We had such a great start would definitely stay again. Thanks so much what a gem!!

Perfect family stay
Everything we needed and more for our stay in Kissimmee. Check in was easy and all instructions easy to follow. Property was a great size for a family of 4 and the little pool perfect for those morning dips before heading out. Windsor hills is ideally placed for all the parks etc. Everything worked as it should and we would definitely recommend!! 5 stars all round

Great Stay! Safe Neighborhood!
We had a great stay at your spacious townhouse! It was more than we needed but a great price. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was just my husband and myself but this place would have been perfect for a family with children. Very close to all the attractions. And, conveniences just down the road…like Walmart and restaurants. We recommend highly! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Nice property -- But some inconsistencies
Great place. The property manager was quick to connect before check-in, but then didn't answer any more via VRBO inbox. No cleaning supplies in the house whatsoever, and check-out instructions were to start towels and clean dishes. We had to buy laundry detergent and DW soap. House pool had no heat. The property itself was great.

The house was very clean and had plenty of lines and towels. Location was great close to clubhouse. The only complaint I have is the pool heat was not working. We paid for pool heat and it is broken. We traveled with a 5 year old and 2 year old so we were really looking forward to a pool at our house and it was too cold to even swim in.

Great location perfect for small family
We stayed here for a week and the place was perfect for our family of 5. From driveway to Disney parking it only took about 15 minutes. The pool was great for kids (9 & 6), it’s deeper than I thought one side is about 5ft. If you are cooking there are no casserole dishes so make sure to bring throw away pans. You may also want to have extra toilet paper before arrival, we only had about 1 full roll between the 3 bathrooms and ran out really quick. Overall a great place to stay.

Very nice
We like out townhouse very much, it was super clean. I only had two problems with the rental both are with pools. Our pool at town house was dirty and the jets only worked once in awhile. The main pool was so busy that you could not enjoy it if you wanted too.

2023 Family Vacation
This was a good property super close to all the Disney parks. I would have given this property a 5 star rating but there were some things that can be improved. When we arrived check-in took about 25mins because the owner didnt have our name correct so we had to wait for him to call security to get us in. I messaged the owner because the shower head was broken down stairs.....no reply. So we had to take turns taking showers upstairs. I wouldn't let the kids swim in the private pool because it looked filthy, but I was okay with that because the main pool was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and was very affordable. Nice gated, secure neighborhood. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Nice for a girls weekend
Our stay here was stumper nice for a short girls trip. For the price, the condo was adequate- they provided some soap and laundry detergent, which was not expected, and the washer and dryer and basically brand new. The carpet and furniture is somewhat dated, but we just needed a place to sleep with a pool. The ice maker in the freezer is either not hooked up or not functioning, so we had to go buy ice, which was kind of an inconvenience. The check in and out was very easy. We used the small pool, and aside from someone coming to install a new child fence while we were there we had no issues. Our stay was nice and we would stay again.

Excellent Family Friendly Rental
Gated community close to Disney with great amenities. Checkin was easy and achieving pass at gate was a short and smooth process. Keypad on the door made things easy also. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Pool in back of condo was small but perfect for morning and evening swims for our four kids. The main pool at the clubhouse was less than a 300 yard walk and included water slide and great pool for little ones. Disney and SeaWorld were easy to get to and happy that traffic wasn’t too bad. Only partially negative would be if you have a problem with thin springy mattress, I am a larger man, but ended up still sleeping well despite the thin mattress. Overall an excellent experience!

A pleasant stay
The house was clean and located close to the clubhouse and pool. The outside area could have been cleaner and there was stuff (from the trees near the pool) floating in the splash pool which the filter apperently couldn’t handle. The pool skimmer was broken. Also the owner does not respond to questions (or takes a very long time to answer) , but you can also contact a property manager during business hours. I would book this house again of the outside area and pool would be better taken care of. This was our 10th time staying at Windsor Hills. Over time, and especially after covid the resort has gotten busier. The pool at the clubhouse can be very crowded at times.

Should have told us!
They were painting the whole time we was there. This made it impossible to park in spot or use pool. It was rude to wake up with men at the window. Scared my daughter a few times. Would have it stayed here if I knew this!!!! Tv had to be reset but this didn’t happen until 3 days after asked for help. Beds are old IKEA frames and the ones in the kids room is broken. Told own about this as well!! Front gate is difficult always a line to get into the place. Okay location and common areas. We spent 11 nights here.

This place is nice. I wouldn't rent of of Hershel again. We paid for pool heat on Sept. 28th. We arrived on Jan.3rd, My husband called about the pool heat not being on. Hershel told husband that the heater needed to be fix. Two different pool men told us that the pool heater needed to be replace and the owned new that for months. The pool man send him a quote for a heater and he didn't OK for the replacement We rented for 38 days. My husband texed him quite a few times about the heater and he never responed. Hershel new if he told us about the pool heater we would of went someplace else. STAY AWAY!!!

Nice stay, but watch out for hidden fees
The place was great for the price and we loved the private plunge pool! Upon check in, we were disappointed to read about extra charges for things like using the toilet paper! Since we were required to run the dish washer and start a load of towels in the washing machine, I feel like the detergent shouldn’t be charged to us upon check out. Toilet paper is a necessity and I’ve never experienced being charged for that. We went to the store to buy toilet paper to avoid charges. I’m not even sure what the charges would have been since the book only said there would be a charge. Reading about three hidden fees after checking in really put a negative feel to our experience right from the start. I also thought that it was odd I would be expected to pay a $300 deposit after paying for insurance. Now I understand that the deposit is likely to cover “extras” such as toilet paper. If not for these extra hidden charges being a surprise at checkin, I would have had no complaints at all. The place is great.

We will not be staying st the property again. We love Windsor Hills and book the same house yearly but we wanted to extended our stay longer so choose a smaller home. The inside was very clean but only had one double bed and the rest were single beds. The pool area was disgusting. There is so much mould on the deck and a lot of dirt. I swiped the frist day we got there and the dirt I clean up was horrible. The pool needs to be scrubbed or painted and the pool light doesn't work so it's difficult to swim at night. The screen around the pool needs cleaned and has holes all through it. Do not sit on the patio furniture because it is full of bugs that bite. My husband and I were covered in bug bites but didn't realize it was from the furniture until the end of the week (when I say covered I mean I thought it was a rash all over my legs and back but then realized is was a whole bunch of bites close together - literally hundreds on each of us). I layed my kindle down on the stool and I picked it up and it was covered with small white bugs. The management is only responsive when he needs something. I informed him of all of these issues and he never responded back. I let him know I would be leaving a negative review in case he want to rectify anything and he never responded. He did let us check in early though. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this place would be fine. But do not book if you want to use the pool area. Find another listing!!! I will not be booking through this management company again.

So clean!
I loved staying at this condo. It was the cleanest VRBO condo I have ever stayed in. It was spacious and in an excellent location. It was easy to check in at the gate and I had no problem with the code at the door. I would definitely stay here again. It was lovely and comfortable.

Great holiday!
We stayed here for 22 nights and had an awesome time! The house was very clean and specious with all the amenities you need for a holiday. Only two minute walk to the main pool and club house. I saw that some people complained about the pool at the house, but we found it to be clean and the pool was cleaned multiple times during our stay. Our kids had a blast! This is our second time at Windsor Hills and would definitely rent this house again if we are coming back.

Pour la 1ere fois que nous avons affaire avec Vrbo. A notre arrivé, il avait pas d'électricité le responsable qu il naurait d'électricité au moin 3 jours et plus. On a senti en aucun temps un soutien de VRBO. Oui on a eu un remboursements nous venons du quebec et nous etions a Orlando avec une famille qui avait pas de place reste.
