Property was very good. Only issue is that when we reached there on Christmas Eve, we noticed our bedsheets were very dirty. I called the front desk and the gentleman came and apologized. Next day one of the supervisors apologized as well and said she will compensate 2 nights. Than next day their story changed and I was told only the resort fee will be refunded. I hate when their offers change and mislead people. I was told to call third party. Now the third party will give me the run around. Not fair

I do not have one bad thing to say about this place, Everything about it was amazing, from the property being nicely decorated for Christmas, wonderful & attentive staff, the cleanliness. From the time I checked in, my experience was amazing. All the staff from the front desk and anyone I encountered throughout our stay were extremely kind.
