“2 days before my stay on Isle of Palms, Vacasa called and said my unit was under construction and not available, this is totally unacceptable i i will never use VRBO or Vacasa again!
they did get me a nice unit on Folly Beach but i should have been compensated for my troubles. NEVER, EVER AGAIN will i use VRBO or VACASA!”

“I wish the bed and sofa were more comfortable. No recliner chair for relaxing in the evening. Sofa very firm and can’t cuddle on it because it’s so shallow and narrow but can accommodate 2 pp sitting very upright, feet on the floor. Wicker furniture in the bedroom seemed outdated and flimsy. Loved the counter and island space of the kitchen. Bunks In the hall/ entryway could sleep children, not adults. ”
