"Pros: Comfortable room, good facilities eg washer-drier very quiet so I could use it overnight. Staff on the front desk always very friendly and helpful, whatever time of day or night it was. Excellent location for the trams and for the street market and I could walk most places in the CBD if I felt like it. Cons: The roadworks outside made it difficult to get an Uber when needed and I went for breakfast at their own restaurant as advertised at the desk and in the room ONCE... Very...
