Suitable for a 2 people stay. Great pier for sunsets, beach, and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool opens to outdoors which was nice. Good views. No issues with checking in/out.

Close to the Convention Center

This was an upgrade from a typical hotel room and perfect for 2 people. I loved the proximity to the Convention Center(we were there for a cheer competition) as well as restaurants. The only issue I had was the water was not turned on in the property when I arrived. Luckily I was able to find the valve and turn it on-the property manager should have taken care of that.

Were the towels moldy?

First of all, I received no communication as to means of checking in. When I did call, I had to lug my things back out of the building, drive to another location, and wait in line. My packet was given to a woman two in front of me who had a similar name; thankfully, she realized it before she left the site. Returned to the building only to find that the lobby code on my packet did not work. Luckily someone was exiting the building so I was able to get in, but then spent another half an hour between two calls trying to get through to an agent and new code before I could leave my building for my evening obligations. It's 2023 - how about phone access to building and room? There was long hair on the bathroom floor and under the couch when I arrived. EWW #1. I really had to use the restroom when I got there after all this time, and there was no paper in there. I searched and finally found a bag in the kitchen with TP, soap, paper towels, etc...why would one look in the kitchen for TP? Put things where they belong, please. The next morning when I took my shower, I discovered black spots all over BOTH bath towels. They also didn't smell clean. EWW #2! I had no choice but to use one since I was soaking wet. Were these hung up wet and got moldy, or what? Inexcusable. Thankfully I had a beach towel to use the rest of my stay. Had to return offsite to check out by 10 a.m. For all of these reasons, I would not use Vacasa again. Makes me believe "premier host" is a purchased title.

This was the right size and location, next to the Convention Center, for me. I enjoyed the pool, gym, and sauna. Even though the room did not have WIFI the lobby did. First time using Vrbo and liked it a lot.

Very nice overall

Very nice efficiency unit. Clean, great location. Note however that the bay view is only if you lean over the balcony and the neighbors balcony is right beside you with no privacy screening. Also, both beds are futons. This would be a great place (5 stars) if there was an actual bed in the unit.

Perfect little get away and location if you are going down to OCMD with a small group for only a night or two. However, I would not recommend staying at this unit for an extended period of time. since the beds were extremely uncomfortable. After the first night we actually considered leaving because we could not sleep. For the amount you pay for a vacation in OCMD, I would expect a little but better sleeping conditions. The room was clean and very close to the beach and the boardwalk. However, do not come here if you plan to talk past 10pm. We had the cops called on us for what I thought was laughing too loud at 1230am. I was then harassed the next morning by multiple individuals from HOA claiming we had complaints until 3am for partying with loud music, even though we went to bed at 1:30am AND we had no music, no speakers, the TV wasn’t even on (no cable). We literally were blamed for someone else (I’m guessing) because we had a small laughing fit one time. The individuals from HOA threatened me, saying “I can’t afford another noise complaint” and that “they will be calling the cops again” - when we weren’t even at fault. So, overall, this is not the fault of the owner or the room. But you should know the noise ordinance is absolutely ridiculous and it completely wrecked our vacation. We talked in whispers the rest of the nights and were pretty miserable because we felt like we couldn’t even talk. The lay out of the space and furniture was terrible. While it sleeps 4, there was barely any floor space for those 4 people if they weren`t sleeping. Bunk beds or a pull out sofa would free up some of the floor space. There wasn`t much space for our luggage or beach gear. Access to the resident storage would have be nice.
