I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. “The beds were large and comfortable and both bathrooms were spacious. The location was great, very walkable community with shops and restaurants handy and a large Target within 200 yards for essentials. Very secure building with a gorgeous rooftop area including a large hot tub. We also loved the 3rd floor open air atrium. Would stay here again. Handy to the BART and freeway.”

“Getting into the property was easy and parking was very close to the unit. I have to admit, the couch / chair were probably some of the most uncomfortable furniture we’ve ever sat on. However, the bed was super comfortable. If you need a dark room to sleep in, the bedroom lets in a ton of light in the mornings. Never figured out how to use the microwave. More than 1 kitchen towel would be helpful with a lengthy stay! When the unit above was rented, it was quite noisy but not much one can do……
