“This is the perfect place for a quiet fall getaway for a couple or small family. There is absolutely NOTHING around (exactly what we wanted), so be prepared to BRING ALL FOOD with you!! There are no local stores within 20 minutes. The house itself is quaint and eclectic. The hot tub was great and we used the fire pit on our crisp evenings.(plenty of firewood provided) The river was barely seen through the trees, but we took a stroll of the property and found the water down below. Kitchen……

“My sister and I took our older parents to visit Dad's family in Nelson County. We typically stay with a cousin down in Arrington, but opted for a VRBO this time. I can't say enough incredible things about this property and owner. It is so clean we checked the roster to see if we were the forst guests to stay! (We weren't, but we will definitely return!)”

“Perfect location one mile from yogaville. The house was very clean, comfortable matress, and ultra peaceful setting. Definitely would stay here again.”

“Beautiful view from this property. The house is spacious and so many household needs were supplied. The fire pit was great,plenty of chairs for around the fire. There was a place for everyone in our group to hang out with everyone or alone. We were comfortable and relaxed entire llength of our stay. Kyle was fast to respond and made sure we knew we could reach out if we need anything. Definitely recommend this for family gatherings or any gathering. ”
