“Listing did not mention that other people live at the property (above the apartment). They had children running around at all hours of the day/night throughout our stay and we could hear them very clearly. Parking was an issue, the driveway shown in the pictures is not the spot you get to park in. You get to park in a vacant lot one house down. The game room is accessible to both the unit you are renting and the people who live above you, so some of our party who planned to sleep down there……

The electric outlet situation by the bed is not ideal The host kindly provided an extension cord, which we definitely needed, but if you have a CPAP machine or something electrical that needs to be next to the bed and/or a number of things that you want to charge, bring an outlet strip with a 3 foot……

“We loved this property so much! It’s a 15 minute drive to the city and 15 mins to American Dream Mall/Met Life stadium. It’s perfect for family or friends in a nice quiet neighborhood. John was so nice and great with communication. He provides all the amenities listed and then some. Hoping this property is available the next time we come back to NYC, it’s a true hidden gem. ”

“My family & I really enjoyed our stay. Anthony was very kind & helpful to anything that we needed. The condo was exactly as pictured & very clean. The only negative aspect was that we were not close to any grocery stores or food places. Other than that, we had an amazing time.”

Property was clean, and host was very responsive, though check-in information wasn't provided until a few hours before arrival, and description of the living room didn't quite match the listing.”

“The house is on a very quiet street and we had a very nice stay. The communication with the owner for very good. All the beds were comfortable. The rooms themselves were quite small but having a house instead of a hotel room gave us adequate space. We had trouble affording NYC and this fit in our budget Travel time to NYC was 10-15 minutes. Midtown about 20-25 minutes. ”
