“The place is excellent in terms of cleanliness and security, but it is a bit far from the restaurants or the center, however you find several shops nearby, as well as the beach.”

“This is a great condo. It's a bit tight with the big table but everything else was great. The couch was very comfortable as were the beds. There is a large tv in each room and it was nice to have laundry facilities. The only issue we had was finding the place. Having a video of the road and the adjoining properties would be helpful as well as having the address and unit number. Language was also an issue for us. But once we were there the unit was great.”

“I have never had, nor can I imagine, better hosts. The owner was marvelously communicative, and answered every question in great detail. She even added a large pot to the kitchen supplies at my request. All of that gave me a great feeling about renting from her. On arrival, we were met by her helper, who was very friendly and attentive. She handed us keys and gate passes, so we had no trouble at all with check-in. I should note that she communicates only by WhatsApp. I made the mistake of……

“Unfortunately we did not have the best experience at this property. Geographically property is not where it was described and listed, other wise I would have never rented it. On the listing it described it came with laundry, when we checked in, it didn’t have laundry. We stayed 3 nights and trash was picked up until the last day. Trash outside was already filled all the way to the top from last renters.”

“El cuarto tenia detalles de mantenimiento y problemas con el refrigerador. Muy limpia, buena atencion de la ama de llaves, excelente para la familia. La zona de la Alberca necesita mas mantenimiento, mosaicos faltantes, rejillas rotas, salidas de agua faltantes. Se puede mejorar.”

“Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay.”

“Great place. especially for kids and family. My niece and nephew loved it. And the beach is also safe for them. Beautiful, long stretch of sand and lots of room. Expected coffee to be better. And the rooms are quite basic with no conditioner, lotion, etc. just shampoo. ”

“This is a very low key resort…not a lot going on, but you can easily take the shuttle to the other resort and then have access to the city. Overall, It’s a nice, the food is good, pool is great and it has plenty of grounds to get in a good walk. One catch for me was that I have Celiac Disease, so I couldn’t eat most of the food or really any dessert. So, that was a bummer. My husband loved the food, my parents come here every year…but if you have a food allergy like me, you may want to……
