“This is a great condo. It's a bit tight with the big table but everything else was great. The couch was very comfortable as were the beds. There is a large tv in each room and it was nice to have laundry facilities. The only issue we had was finding the place. Having a video of the road and the adjoining properties would be helpful as well as having the address and unit number. Language was also an issue for us. But once we were there the unit was great.”

“Necesito que me hagan una devolución, me hicieron una estafa, me cobraron la estancia, y nunca me respondieron, avisé para el check in, y tampoco, avisé con horas de anticipación y no me dijeron nada, quiero un reembolso, completo y los daños por dejarnos sin habitación cuando por eso se reservó con anticipación, y se pagó, agradezco mucho, y requiero pago de los daños y que me regresen el 100% de lo que se pago”

“I have never had, nor can I imagine, better hosts. The owner was marvelously communicative, and answered every question in great detail. She even added a large pot to the kitchen supplies at my request. All of that gave me a great feeling about renting from her. On arrival, we were met by her helper, who was very friendly and attentive. She handed us keys and gate passes, so we had no trouble at all with check-in.
