“賓至如歸的感覺。但唯一不能接受浴室沒門 只有簾子擋著不方便。小而美的旅店 服務人員熱心服務 每天禮貌問候。但清潔部分 常地上有沙子 。好像打掃有待進步。”

“un peu à l'écart du centre ville et des temples d'Angkor. Un tuk tuk est indispensable pour sortir de l'hôtel, mais c'est courant au Cambodge et peu coûteux. En revanche le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré et est plus adapté aux clients chinois qu'Européens (café vraiment pas terrible, riz …)”

“This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage. In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to……

“被相片泳池靚景吸引, 所以連住5晚, check in 後比234號房我, 走廊轉彎第一間, 一看到房內陳設就感覺似一間士多房, 傢俱殘舊, 門鎖生銹, 廁所門關不上, 電話冇聲, 露台門鎖壞, 可以用恐怖來形容, 後來我要求換房, 前枱換左隔離235號房比我, 雖然潔淨情況比較好少少, 但係門鎖傢俱情況都是一樣, 後來又發覺電視只有雪花, 又要call room service維修, 算吧！再換都不會好得去邊, 真係後悔, 每日執房就只鋪平床單, 沒有更換, 簡簡單清潔一下廁所枱面, 毛巾放不足夠, 連拖鞋著到第3日已經污穢了都不更換, 要我掉進垃圾桶內給她看到才更換, 住了5日得出總結是絶對絶對不值得推介, 連2 星級都不如。”

“I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them……
