「It was an unpleasant journey. Firstly, facilities are old. Secondly, bath room looks dirty. Thirdly, the sound insulation is very poor that I can’t sleep at night. Most importantly, the waiter of the restaurant on 5/F asked strange questions on the way when delivering drinks to my room. I didn’t expect a hotel staff would ask whether me as a customer has boy friend and whether I am coming with my family and friends. I feel extremely unsecured, afraid and disappointed. I do not recommend...

「The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps...
