“We booked this place due to the proximity to a birthday party we were attending in Welaka. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The setting is very serene. We only stayed a couple of nights, but it would be great for a week long getaway. The boat ramp was in good condition and there was plenty of parking for two vehicles and our large tritoon boat. We definitely recommend this place for your next trip to the river! ”

“We live in Cape Coral, Florida, and wanted a little place to get away with a country feel. We found it! The cute quaint cabin with the rocking chairs on the front porch, large fenced in backyard with the chicken coop, and the neighbors horses to greet us. Exactly what we needed. “The screened in porch was great when it rained - we could still enjoy the river. Being right on the rainbow river was priceless. There were enough kayaks for all of us, life jackets -- everything. “Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton.
