「Cute place. Convenient to attractions and amenities. Nice towels and sheets. Everything worked!」

「I brought my whole family here and we had a wonderful time! We were able to cook a bunch of big meals on the grill and sit at the table where we could all face each other. We love the circle table with the Lazy Susan in the middle! It was so nice to just get right on the river and not have to go to KP Whole or someone else to get in. Well worth the money!」

「This was our second stay and once again the property was exactly as described. It is a great location for visitors to UF and suited us perfectly. Communication was excellent and a minor issue with the toilet handle was resolved within hours.Would definitely stay again!」

「A guide for the house would be good. A lot of external cameras. Siri was on by default on the inside. A nice house and wifi was fixed to go up to 25mb while there as it was less than 10 originally. Supplies like tissues and extra bathroom tissue was not located. It was nice to be close to the various springs, but dirt roads can make travel tricky when it rains. 」

「Fair」

「We enjoyed the springs, nature walk, cedar key, downtown high springs ice cream. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable. The outdoor deck was wonderful to sit in am with coffee and evenings to relax. We would stay again. Our host was also very kind and responded quickly. 」

「My dad, my grandmother, my sister and I and our spouses and kids met here for thanksgiving. The large table with views of the rainbow river was a perfect place for a perfect meal. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. We used the kayaks and tubes and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for opening your property to us 」

「Very nice accommodations! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very nicely updated. The location and view was excellent. The highlight for us was sitting on the screened in porch enjoying morning coffee watching the alligators and otters in the river below. 」

「This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and plan to stay there again next year. It’s a lovely spot with a very romantic pool and patio area. If you are into kayaking, the community launcharea is very handy and easy to get in and out. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.」
