“The location is great. Walking distance to all attractions. But the water temperature for the shower was very cold, all of us need to take shower with barely warm water, it was not good for winter time visit. Plus another minor issue was the cooking stove was not installed properly for one of them but we didn’t use kitchen appliances so no big deal. Beds are very soft not very comfortable. Front desk was nice, I requested allow me to check out at 11am since my baby was napping and they were……

“My family travels a lot and this is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed in. They were so accommodating, Sylver and Brittany downstairs were a huge help. Very clean, close to everything, hot tubs were an awesome bonus. Felt very cozy there. We rented a townhouse for the rest of the week for triple what we paid here, and wish we just stayed here instead!! Definitely will be back for sure !!! ”

“The history of the Inn makes it unique. We have wanted to stay here for years but just never did. We definitely will stay again. Our room was an older room and small, but fine for my wife and I. The breakfast was great and staff was as well. The location is perfect for walking downtown. During by the fireplace and reading, talking, and watching the snow fall was great. Free hot chocolate, cider, and coffee is a bonus also. We love Gatlinburg. ”

“My husband, I, and our chihuahua loved our stay!! I'm so happy the hotel is pet friendly so we can bring our fur-baby with us! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming! The unlimited coffee and hot tea in the lounge is awesome. Breakfast is amazing! As a vegetarian, there are lots of options! As a gluten-free vegetarian, there were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fresh fruit and canned fruit. Food was super yummy!! The room is clean and cozy and it's right on the Gatlinburg strip so you just walk……
