I called the morning of my stay,I asked if everything with payment was set and I was told EVERYTHING was payed for.I go to check in,no greeting no nothing just,You checking in? I’m being charged $150 “Room insurance fee”.I told the gentleman,I had $50,and that’s what he charged me.This fee is accurate or not?Then he wanted to place me on the 5th,floor with no working elevators.The closet to the ground he could give me was the 3rd floor.The shower head full of water and calcium residue.Bedframe looked as if it had never been wiped down,rolling chair needs to be replace,a end table parley standing,shower needed to be cleaned better,rough bedsheets.Check out again no greeting,no thank you for staying sorry for any inconvenience please come again,NOTHING not even a receipt,I checked out in time etc.Ive gotten more exceptionally exceptional service at a Motel.The amount of money that’s being charged and the conditions of this Hotel is unexceptionable.Then to get attitude and then rushed off as if I’m being a bother.
