“When in Mystic we love to stay at Hyatt Place. Very convenient and quiet location near the village. Staff are always nice and we love the breakfast in the morning. Room on first floor looked like it had been updated very recently. ”

“I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, Lisa at the front desk was great, upon check in I was told breakfast was served until 10am, however when I went to breakfast the next morning at 9am the food was basically gone, asked the restaurant staff and was told there was no more food, I checked my watch again and yes it was 9am!”
