“We stayed at the house while visiting our son who attends the United States Coast Guard Academy.
Our group included a 79-year-old and a 14-year-old and everyone in between. House was perfect!
We were able to entertain some of his friends one evening very comfortably.

“A group of friends and family from NJ and Boston stayed as a reunion before the craziness of the holidays. The house, the location, the weather, everything was incredible from start to finish. The cottage was well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and actual cable tv - super important as we traveled over prime football season. “We made happy memories over a cold January weekend. We cooked together, sat around the fire, played games and dozed in comfortable beds with high quality linens. We enjoyed the view of the water and the twinkling lights on the property at night. The steam shower was divine. If you like cooking, bring good knives, a veggie peeler and good pans. Plenty of glassware and dishes and some cookware provided. ”

“Our visit at this VRBO was almost excellent… the only issue we had was with theTVs. We could not get the TVs in the bedroom to work.
Cleanliness was exceptional! Availability of food/meal supplies was great. It was nice that there was ice already made for us.
The towel and wash cloths were fluffy and absorbent. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. We cannot say there was anything that did not meet expectations! Anyone would be comfortable there. We would book again. ”

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five.
The facility is too old to use.
To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times.
The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill.
The drain of the tub is only half-working.
When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued.
AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts.
Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30.
Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up.
Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!!
By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
