“We had an amazing time at the Volcano lodge. The house is spacious and well-equipped. We cooked and had family meals for our 3-generation trip. But more unique, the home is super private and serene. Every room looks out on greenery and we loved sitting on the wrap-around porch. At night, we could hear the chirping of the coqui frogs. You are very near the national park, and less than an hour from Hilo to the East and green sand and black sand beaches to the West. Only word of caution is that the……

“The place right on the ocean with an amazing view, the sunrise and the waves was just great. A very unique lodging. The only thing we were missing was a big table and chairs outside. The inside dining table and chairs were not very big and comfortable.”
