“Staff was great!”

“We were bummed to find out the water park was closed during the entire duration of our stay. Our room key deactivated twice while we were there and had to get another one each time. I never had my phone around the key card either so not sure why that was happening. The bath tub also had issues and the stopper wasn’t working so we called maintenance and they worked on it for about an hour while we were there and it was never actually fixed during our stay. The staff up front was nice usually.……

“Sadly got a room next to the highway. Road noise is super loud. I had ear plugs but still got woken up by loud vehicles/semis. Tip: request a room facing the mountain not I-70. No hot breakfast just refined carbs and continental breakfast items.. no protein :-( Seems like a good place for small kids though with the fun pool and being next to the gondola. Walking distance from the Iron Mountain Hot Springs which is what I was there to visit.”
