“Loved the white squirrels”

“This has classic rustic charm with lots of big rooms and bedrooms for the family. During one of the hottest weeks in the summer, this house is always shaded by lots of trees. So we were able to sit on the porches to get fresh air. From the porch on the weekend, we could hear live music in the afternoon from the Grill down the street, which we enjoyed. We liked being able to walk to places to eat, the beach and a good location to walk for exercise. There are stairs to enter the house, their are……

“We loved the house!! Accommodated our family just great! Although we were there during Helene & had to cut our way out, Mrs Martha was the best host! We plan to go back another family vacation to her house once Lake Lure is cleaned & back open!! ”

“We enjoyed the house a lot. Need to clean the outside deck area where the hot tub is. Furniture was too dusty to sit in. Fire pit area needs to be cleaned up too. Overall the house was good for us. ”
