“When we arrived there almost 12:40pm, the room even had body wash, only the empty bottles,and there wasn’t have enough blankets for 5 people . Sad!”

“The staff is very kind on site, albeit quite young as a whole. (as is the clientele - we didn't see many guests or staff over 35). The staff prior to checking in is extremely difficult to reach and is unhelpful. I had to call 10 times and leave messages and book appointments (which no one attended) to reach someone who could help me schedule my itinerary. Things I was finally able to book were not in the system when I arrived, though the staff there kindly took care of it. There is not much……

“We stopped for the night while traveling through the Catskills. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and walk-in showers. The pool is in the main casino - we did not go in but it looked fabulous and we will return when we have more time. We really enjoyed our dinner at Cellaio. ”

“It was not as grimey or disgusting as I expected it to be. Bed was very comfy. Great location right between the Shawangunks and thr Catskills. Does look abandoned on the outside. Probably the oddest hotel I have been to. This place has a lot of potential, just needs some sprucing up.”
