“The staffs are very helpful and nice, the room is cozy and unexpectedly clean, appreciated the self-serve laundry facility. Kitchen has all essentials you need for cooking. We had a great stay and lucky enough to see the Fuji. Will definitely come back again.”

“Service & Tent are nice & clean but the hot water in washroom are either shower or bath tub, it is a bit inconvenience, also the air condition with heat are right upper of your bed, which the heat is blowing to your head so we cannot sleep well at night, if we turn it off which was super cold...”

"staff is helpful, can speak fluent english & able to provide dedicate help e.g. yamato luggage delivery (last time i was in kumamoto and staff cant provide any help at the end, we need to go to lawson for the delivery). the room with fujisan view is awesome, as well as the public onsen. one note to whom booked the breakfast - as you can imagine the location is not that convenient, many ppl tend to have hotel breakfast and the crowd starts from 730am. you have to come earlier and get the tickets first, especially if you realised there is big tour staying the same night as you. we queued for more than a hour in one morning and our itinerary has to be slightly postponed (considered the sunset is that early in winter)."
