“Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was bare minimum with no hot items unless you heated up oatmeal or a bagel. Rooms were very clean and the balcony and rocking chairs were a nice touch. Walls and ceilings are super thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the rooms around you, above you, and the hallway. Felt safe and secure on the property. ”

“Complimentary coffee is excellent, however, it does not provide free breakfast, or I shall say that the price does not include breakfast, which seems to be not the common measures for the hotels in the same area.”

“It’s unique to sleep in a caboose in the middle of Amish farmland country! We loved the experience of being part of train history. The rooms are simple, but very clean. You have your own space, with a restaurant on the property. There are a couple cabooses that are split into 2 reservable rooms with separate entrances, but most of them you have the whole caboose to yourselves. The dinner food was excellent & staff was very friendly. It was very quiet at night as it is out in a farmland……

“This was my first stay at the weathervane motor lodge. The manager was pleasant and very accommodating. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. We had a minor incident during our stay and the manager responded quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again ”
