“When we arrived there almost 12:40pm, the room even had body wash, only the empty bottles,and there wasn’t have enough blankets for 5 people . Sad!”

“The staff is very kind on site, albeit quite young as a whole. (as is the clientele - we didn't see many guests or staff over 35). The staff prior to checking in is extremely difficult to reach and is unhelpful. I had to call 10 times and leave messages and book appointments (which no one attended) to reach someone who could help me schedule my itinerary. Things I was finally able to book were not in the system when I arrived, though the staff there kindly took care of it. There is not much……

“Beautiful hotel on the West Point Campus. If you book through Orbitz, you will likely be given a lesser room (either a handicap room or one next to the elevators) so be aware of this.”
