“The hotel is quiet and clean ”

“Check-in was not good. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30 even we had reservations. We were told to come back in 45-50 minutes. When we did get to our room the key cards wouldn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk. On the second day of our stay, our room was never attended to. We had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. While at the front desk, another person was also asking for clean towels since her room had not been attended to either. ……

“Fun hotel with a nice casino and sportsbook. Good dining options until midnight. Table games, slots, craps, etc. Well worth the time.”

“This was a very bad experience. The room was very unhygienic, especially the bathroom floor seemed to have not been cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned once. The sound insulation was also very poor. The noise from the vehicles on the road at night seriously affected our rest. We didn't have a good rest. Our family felt very tired, and my son's game condition was not good. In short, I will not stay in this hotel again.”
