“The resort was wonderful, clean and the food at LaBrisa was excellent (the food at Max's Grab and Go left a lot to be desired - the cuban sandwich was awful). I will say the room was great - clean, comfortable and spacious. We were disappointed (as we are at ALL hotels) at the lack of ECO-friendliness we found here. Our room was FREEZING COLD when we arrived, and in spite of the note that said to hang towels so they didn't need to be changed out but they were anyway and the temp turned WAY……

“My wife and i really enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located. Away from the beach and alot of the traffic. The breakfast hit the spot every morning. I even ate a little breakfast at the hotel BEFORE going to breakfast. The staff was great. Very helpful with whatever i needed (quarters for laundry, etc). We even used the guest laundry at the hotel, although there was only one washer and one dryer. But we lucked out and it was empty when we started laundry. But right after we started, there……

“We were only here for 1 night, but this property was excellent!!! I would definitely come back to stay here for a long weekend. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area! When we got to check in, our room type was unavailable (2 Queen Beds) so they upgraded us to 2 King Rooms at no additional charge! Breakfast was great with a lot of options! ”

“Hotel is very good, staff is friendly and efficient. There are daily events in the hotel so parking could be difficult sometimes. There are a couple of restaurants with music until 10PM-11PM so if you plan to sleep early, it could be difficult. Same happends a Saturday AM.”

“Good value for money. No room service. They say we have to hang the sign but there’s no sign for room service just a sign that we don’t need a service. Breakfast is pretty good. Close to Dolphin mall.”
