We asked the staff for help in a very friendly manner, yet we were treated with a very poor attitude and no sincere apology was made to us. It was a very bad feeling to be discriminated against for the money spent and will never choose this hotel again!”

“Me and my husband went on our honeymoon cruise after the cruise we stayed in Miami to visit my daughter in college. The hotel is super clean which i loved. The customer service is not good could be better. The gentleman at the desk told me the restaurant closed at ten. I went downstairs to get food at 830 and it was closed. That was irritating but Overall it was a good stay.”
