“The country setting provided a quiet retreat. The home is well equipped: plenty of beds, multiple gathering places, pool with towels (although it was pretty cold until the pool guy came and provided help). “We had expectations of a peaceful rustic cabin in the woods, and this rental checked almost all of the boxes! The quaint town of Great Barrington was just close enough for convenience, but the house was rural enough to help us all relax and enjoy the quiet. We loved the dock and the firepit, and the house was well-stocked with firewood, towels, and toiletries. ”

“Sabrina saw to everything. The house even came equipped with a spice drawer, games like badminton equipment, a kid’s bedroom with games and books, and nice touches like vases of flowers. Our family was amazed and impressed. The outdoor area in the front (and back) was big enough for our grandchildren to play badminton. We very highly recommend this place!”

“We had a wonderful time in Catskill! The house was lots of fun and had tons of space for everyone. We reached out with some questions before our stay and never received a response, many of the outlets didn’t work and the house could have used an extra cleaning before we arrived but overall we had a great time. ”

“My family and two others had a great stay together at Shay's house in Great Barrington. Meeting up from Boston and NYC, it was the perfect halfway point. Between us, we had 6 adults and 7 kids between the ages of 1-11 and the space was perfect for our needs. The kids LOVED the bunk rooms and the connected play room, and the adults loved that we could close the door and they could be as loud as they wanted! Other highlights of our trip included making s'mores on the outdoor fire pit, eating meals……

“Our group of 12 had a great stay at the house. There was plenty of room for us all with the spacious bedrooms and 2 living room areas. We had 2 kids use the floor mattresses which worked well for them. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, grill was easy to use, very close walk to the pool and beach areas. Lastly, the owner Alex was very easy to communicate with and answered questions right away. Highly recommend this house!”

“I'd describe the house as elegantly eclectic. The owner is clearly a collector of interesting items which they arrange in a way that enhance (rather than potentially clutter) the interior. The kitchen and living spaces are open and easy to mingle around. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms easily and comfortably accommodated two couples and two singles. Our stay could not have been better! ”
