“The air conditioning did not work, the place was very dirty and the condo itself was under construction in the areas we would have stayed…bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The owner and property managers were communicative. We wish the owner and property manager would have been aware of the poor condition of the unit and would have cancelled our reservation beforehand. Due to the lateness of not finding out the place was uninhabitable, we had to drive back home our dog. We are waiting for……

“Needed a small quaint place to stay for the long weekend in Melbourne and this was perfect. It’s older and has a musty smell but being by water I would expect that somewhat. The owners were great and responsive and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Great location. It was a lovely little bungalow and we Would stay again. ”

“This property was exactly as listed. Bright and clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioner malfunctioning but the property manager efficiently managed the issue despite it occurring over Thanksgiving. I will definitely stay again. ”

“The property is a great location. The condo is clean and cozy. Unfortunately due to the construction the beach access was closed. It was a few blocks to get to the public access.. but all together a great experience. I will definitely consider visiting again when the construction is completed.”

“I lived in the Indialantic area for over 20 years and knew this would be a great location to stay in. It is quiet and close to everything beachside. The condo is very clean, and I enjoyed being able to make coffee and breakfast in the kitchen. It was the perfect place for me to relax after work. Communication was very good and I had no problems at all during my stay. I will look forward to starting here again in the future.”
