“Despite the old building undergoing renovations, and no longer having a pool (its filled in with sand), the ocean view and the powerful wave sounds make it all lworth it! The condo is clean and neat, just right for our two couples. ”

“We arrived late afternoon and already had check in instructions, which were super easy and clear. The condo was perfect and exceed expectations. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, perfect for us with 2 kids (4 years and 18 months). They had all kitchen cooking essentials with lots of space for entertaining and relaxing. Easy walk right out the back door to see the beach, a few feet from the heated pool or steps away from a nice, quiet beach. Publix and Dunkin right across the street which was great! A mile……

“The property is a great location. The condo is clean and cozy. Unfortunately due to the construction the beach access was closed. It was a few blocks to get to the public access.. but all together a great experience. I will definitely consider visiting again when the construction is completed.”

“The air conditioning did not work, the place was very dirty and the condo itself was under construction in the areas we would have stayed…bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The owner and property managers were communicative. We wish the owner and property manager would have been aware of the poor condition of the unit and would have cancelled our reservation beforehand. Due to the lateness of not finding out the place was uninhabitable, we had to drive back home our dog. We are waiting for……
