“1735 is an excellent little get-a-way, I booked it for my girlfriend’s birthday as a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint. It’s nestled in a quiet area that disconnects you from the world yet is less than 20 minutes from Albany. The design, upkeep, and architecture is quite remarkable. “We had a mini Family Reunion in the Albany area so 10 of us stay at this spacious home. Plenty of sleeping capability and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The back patio and fire pit was a real treat as the evening got cooler. Location was super as we had many flying into Albany Intl Airport. We had a great golf tournament at Frear Park Golf Course. With the foliage changing and nice weather - it was perfect! Thanks for letting us stay with you! ”

“The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete.”
