“Lovely hotel with great views. The room was large, bed large and very comfy, and bathroom large and well equipped. We didn't get a chance to go to the spa but had a pleasant walk around the grounds which are well sign-posted.”

“We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring……

“Arrived earlier than expected and we were greeted by friendly cheerful staff who checked to see if our room was ready. To our delight the room was ready and we were able to check in. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.The beds were great with really good mattresses.The continental breakfast was plentiful and really set us up for our journey home.The rooms are a bit outdated but they are clean and spacious and well worth the money paid. “Enjoyable couple of days in Newcastle. Apartments are very central and pubs, restaurants within easy walking distance. Very comfortable and clean. There are stairs to all apartments and we got a parking space in the car park at the seafront which was a few minutes walk away. The living area was very spacious with cooking, dining and seating areas. The bed was a bit awkward to access as bedroom is narrow but it was very comfortable. “We had a lovely stay at this beautiful place. We booked a night away as we have recently got married, and my husband is recovering from a serious illness. We just needed some "downtime" as we also have a daughter with disabilities, and this was the perfect spot. “The staff are friendly but I had an issue with the shower being lukewarm to cold which was very disappointing when you stay at a hotel. I didn’t have a shower because the water was not warm enough. The food is good. On my previous stay the shower was just fine but at this time wasn’t and they didn’t offer to change rooms as they didn’t rectify the problem. ”
