“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“We had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast, staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and ambience was outstanding. Even the food and drinks were beyond our expectations; which are very high to begin with! Every question answered with the utmost courtesy and kindness. We highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when/if we return to Ireland. I miss it already. Well done and thank you! ”
