"This is a quality hotel in the modern sense. The staff are friendly in a non-Victorian manner. They’re friendly and make you feel welcome. This hotel is a regular spot for my wife and I when we go to London. The better rooms have Japanese toilets, which is always fun…. The hotel is very earthy and neutral, it has a grounding vibe. We got a good deal, 50% off through hotels.com so it was a no brainer this time. It’s well insulated from noise, unlike other hotels in the area. Give it a go. "

Our only issues with the place is if you get locked out without your key, & no one’s on desk, you are stranded!!! Also, we had major issues with our shower head, but it was our fault for failing to report it, so sorry! otherwise, AWESOME STAY & would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
