“The host was friendly and accommodating. Everyone was given a place in the refrigerator and in the kitchen cabinet for their food items. We also had a spot in the bathroom for our toiletries. “I don't like to give negative reviews but this was the worst experience in vacation rentals I have ever had. The house was filthy! The mattresses were moldy, the kitchen didn't have hardly any dishes (2 plates for a house the can sleep 20). The treehouse floor fell through on one of our children. Luckily he was not injured. Communication was ok until we told them all of the problems then it was crickets! Not a word from the owner to me or VRBO. This house is not fit for guests. But with alot……

“The view is the only reason I would stay here, never had a more beautiful peaceful view but even that has cons. Pics make it look like you can walk out to the river, you can’t, steep drop off. Still beautiful blue river to gaze at. I understand this was affordable for us due to these cons but here they are. The cabin is rustic, needs a good remodel. Really disliked I booked through VRBO and then it’s run by Vasca so I had to get a whole new app just to manage everything. The Vasca cleaning……
