“Our host was very accomodating and thorough. If we needed anything she was there to help us find what we needed or answer any questions. The condo is located iin the second floor and fairly close to the club house so you can walk if you want to. The condo is adequately stocked with anything you might need. We look forward to staying with this host in this condo again sometime in the future.”

“The Mermaid unit was very comfortable, and has everything you need. Doug and Traci were both very pleasant and accommodating. We happened to be there during hurricane Milton, and Doug showed us the best place to park the car, and even came to the unit with a flashlight, in case we needed it. The people in the community are friendly, and we felt perfectly safe staying there.”

“The overall stay was good. The host was very accommodating, with letting me check in ealier than 3pm. Cons- the advertisement for the amenities pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, bar / night club is not included in the stay, even though your staying in the gated community, You have to pay a daily fee, $50 a couple and $165 for a male to use the amenities. The gate to the community was down so had to be buzzed in by the host everytime you enter the community just a inconvenience. Plus the keyless……

“This is the third time staying here. We rent it when we visit my Dad. He lives in Florida but stays with us for a little vacation on the water.
