“Had a wonderful stay in San Fransisco! Host was very responsive, and the rental was exactly as described/shown.”

“This is a very spacious, typical Victorian SF house. The two main bedrooms are huge by city standards, and the large bed off the living room makes it essentially a 3 BR. It's on a nice, quiet street (despite being right off Haight) with a coffee shop on the corner that makes you feel like a real local.”

“Property was very clean. Flooring, cabinets and bathroom were like new. Very quiet. Easy access to public transportation. Waymo and Lyft pickup outside the front door. Dining options were excellent and within walking distance. Corner markets were well stocked. Appliances were like new. Would definitely stay again.”

“I wish I could give ten out of five stars!! This house is amazing. So charming, well kept, fantastic location near Haight-Ashbury, an easy walk to Golden Gate Park. We stayed for a weekend as a family and had one of the best weekends ever. The hosts are super sweet and helpful. We will definitely return and stay here again— my kids didn’t want to leave. ”

“This was so convenient. A block and a half from our daughter, 3 blocks from BART. The place was very clean and well appointed. I knew it was a basement unit, but at first was surprised when entering through the garage and almost no natural light. We were using it primarily as a place to sleep so that wasn't an issue. Didn't use the advertised outdoor space--it wasn't great. However, for a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay, I recommend this. We will return.”

“I stayed in this perfect home for 7 weeks, and I didn't want to leave! Carmen's home was fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The main bedroom was super quiet, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The front bedroom served perfectly as an office and guest room for visiting friends. The kitchen is enormous and the living area is cozy and comfy. The real star of this place is the gorgeous patio/backyard. A perfect place to sip your morning coffee or curl up with a good book.……

“I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Location is great. Cons: Would be nice to have some towel racks in the bathroom for all of the towels. Dishes are rimmed with metal so they get hot around the edges if you put them in the microwave. Towels smelled like mold. Pros: Parking was easy. Neighborhood is nice. The little communication I had with the owner was fine. Close restaurants in walking distance. Parks right out the front door. Overall: Its fine if you need a place to stay, just can't be too picky. I'd……
